 Ozgur has joined SRDC Ltd. in 2009.
He received BSc degree in Computer Engineering from Bilkent University in 1998.
He obtained his MSc degree in Department of Computer Engineering, METU in 2001.
He has finalized his PhD study on "Achieving Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR) Interoperability across Healthcare Information Systems " in 2008 in Department of Computer Engineering, METU.
He has been involved in several national projects including "Automation of Local Labor Offices Project", and "Air Forces Information System".
His research interests include Semantic Web, eHealth, and Web Services, Peer-to-Peer Networks, Command & Control Systems.
